tps voltage and idle

I was told to get my tps voltage to .7 by alvin at pcmforless.com so i could get some good datalogging. My tps voltage was .3 at idle and was causing all sorts of problems. The bes tive been able to do is 1200rpm park idle and a 750-800rpm drive idle with my tps at .61 volts. are those rpms to high for my car?...1200 seems alittle high, but my drive idle seems right on the money..i think my target is 900rpm according to my datamaster..

the reason im having so much trouble is because of the cam i think...the idle is totally different from the stock settings. I verified this when i put the stock throttle body back on and fired it up. The idle was wayyy high so i had to punch out that cap and adjust the idle that way..thus lowering the tps voltage

Base TPS voltage should be no more than .58 volts at closed throttle and no more than 5 volts at WOT. .60volts is actually pushing it for a base TPS voltage. Your base idle sounds ok though. With mine set at .56 it runs at 800 base and in gear drops to 500 rpm...Nice low RPM to hear the cam.
