1) I am going to buy a set of assembled dart iron eagle 215cc heads and i want to know if i need some special valve springs to handle this cam?
2) is this available in small base circle?

I'm almost 100% sure that Crane makes most of (if not all) of GM Performance cams. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Crane PN# 119841
234*/242* @ .050" .539"/.588" lift 3,000-6,500 RPM range.
Providing these 2 cams are the same, the Crane cam says it designed for stroker engines.
I used this same cam in one of my M.C.SS's (GM PN#) and I used the Crane valve springs recommended. If I remember right the springs were around $125.00. You'll also end up needing a bigger vacuum canister.

I am running this cam in my 97 T/As LT1, 383 as well.
In the full weight car (3000 stall, 3.73 rear gears) It runs mid 11s (11.70 to 11.50s best so far) with the stick in D and a 1.78 60 foot time.
Build the valvetrain, it revs my 10.0:1 compression motor to 6800 with ease.
Full list of mods are ..
58mm t/b
AFR 190s (basicly out of the box)
18cc dish pistons
5.7 I beam rods
Eagle cast steel crank
GM 847 cam
CC Lifters (Rs)
Trickflow pushrods (stock length)
K-motion K-800 springs (1.90 installed height)
K-motion titanium 10 degree retainers sett keepers
CC 1.6 steel magnum roller rockers
Hooker 1 3/4 longtubes.
Mufflex 3 inch into 4 inch Y (dual cutouts added for track)
Hooker aerochamber cat-back.
Vigilantee 3000 converter (precision industries)
1LE Driveshaft
factory rear with 3.73 GM gears
