Another Idle problem. Help!

Erratic Idle
Got the car back together with the Stealth Ram. It has an erratic idle.

I have checked over everything I can think of, checked vacum lines, TPS reading, etc....

Thought I may have a leak in the intake, but I sprayed carb cleaner around all spots and it did not change.

Not trouble codes showing.

It will idle at about 1100 rpm, and drop down to about 450 then jump up to 1800 then settle down to 1100 again, it will idle for a few seconds then do it all over again.

The IAC is new, and was adjsuted per Haynes manual. I have not tried to reset the Idle speed as the condition makes it tough to do.

Any thoughts?
