Car: 1988 forumla 350
Engine: l98 350 tpi
Transmission: 700r4 2100 stall
low 13 or high 12

with this done mid 13:

Headers
msd ignition
2100 stall
cold air intake
afpr
march pulley 3 set

is it possible for a high 12 with these added:

holley fuel pump
bigger fuel injecters
bigger fuel rail

Ive got the fuel pump and i have to replace the injecters so i figure i would get a fuel rail too.

do i need anything else like a bigger cam for these mods to work?

i honestly dont think you would get a low to mid 13 out of that, i think you would need/want more flow, like headers back, ported intake and stuff

you can always try different timing settings with your setup as well.

A fuel pump, rail, and bigger injectors won't change a thing unless you are currently starving for fuel. I'd port the intake and do some exhaust work. THAT would give you high 12's.

Sorry to say, but that won't get you anywhere NEAR low 13's. To hit low 13's you'll have to change your induction to SuperRam, StealthRam, MiniRam ect, that or do a hellacious job porting out the tpi with a nice head/cam combo. Headers and stall however should be good for a high 13 pass if you can drive well.

I dont know, i raced my friends cobra and he ran a low 13 and i had2 car lenghs on him until 3rd gear. We were even at about 65 mph.

one of My fuel injeters are bad and my car is running like crap so i was just going to get bigger ones.

So should i just replace one of my fuel injecters and not spend money on things that dont work?

can some one give me a list on what to do or get to be able to beat that cobra in the quarter mile.

How to beat a Mustang Cobra

A. Sell your car for a 6 speed LS1
B. Get some heads, stealthram, cam and a T56
C. Leave it stock and suffer from a loss.

I ran it at the strip again.

It wont shift into 3rd

my headers burned almost completey through my wires

the shift problem was a blown seal. I dont know what seal the transmission place was talking about. he told me on the phone so i couldnt hardly understand him pot plug seal, or pop plug?

I dont know, ill have him right it down.

I have a ram air hood on my car now. It looks good.
