Getting injectors flow tested?

Just curious, I know my injectors need to be checked, my idle is getting bad

I saw the prices at a local lube shop for 29.99 to check injectors.

Just curious if there is anything special or if I can do it myself?
Can they be out of the vehicle? or do they need to be installed?

I also do not know what the current flow on them is so I would take them in to measure that as well.

i'd get a new idle/air control valve if it is running rough.if u think u need new injectors i'd get a mechanic to do it ,it will take him about 4 hrs,n if u never done it before well it could take a couple of days.
