Water Jacket HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
Some one told me how to fix my water jacket on my TPI intake once I think it was a moderator... It was in a different thread so I can't search for it..
My driver side front water jacket is a little eroded (you know the common problem with our car...at least before you redo the intake gasket) its not really really bad but I bought another intake and since I had this one extra I wanted to fix it and port and polish the inside and outside... But I need to know how to fix it first....
Please help.

Clean it, clean it, clean it.
When u think it is clean, clean it again.
Then take a compound epoxy like JB Weld and put it on with a credit card so you can smooth it back to the original level :-)
It works wonders on things provided it is not so badly eroded it is not worth saving.

Grey silicone works just as good.
I have used it on a few motors with that erosion problem and tore them apart later and it keeps a tight seal as well against the gasket.
