TPI harness
Hi,
I'm just finishing my new motor install...there are 2 sensors that I don't know what they are:
One is on the pass side and one on the driver side. They are both very similar in location and in shape. Both are halfway between the firewall and the radiator on each respective side. Both are round cylinder style clips, and both are female 2 pin. Any ideas what they are? thanks a lot !

To resize a picture just go to http://www.irfanview.com and download it for free. You can do all kinds of stuff with pictures there.

okay the passenger side round 2 pin female connector is solid dark blue wire and a solid black wire. The driver side similar connector (round 2 pin female) is a light blue with black stripe wire and a green with white stripe wire.. any ideas?

Pass side one sounds like the A/C pressure sensor connector. Trace your A/C hardlines from the evaporator to the condenser along the frame rail, should be an electrical connector looking for a home.
Drv side sounds like the PS pressure sensor given yours is a GTA. Start at the steering gearbox and trace the line back to the pump, should be a connector there somewhere.

no more a/c, so the pass sine one is probably junk then. As far as the driver side goes....What is the PS pressure sensor? are you saying there should be a place to plug this in on the Power Steering pump itself? I don't recal anything plugging into the pump. thanks

i think its usually by the gearbox. its a 2 prong sensor coming off the line.
