Free mods?

got a 86 camaro
havent checked the casting numbers though but the owner before me said he put a 350 in it tpi

was wondering if there is anything to do on the car to free up HP?

After i read trough all of the "free mods" I basically concluded they where pretty "free" of any HP gains....
