street & performance tbi to tpi harness?

Car: 92 RS, 05 GTO (sold), 10 TL AWD
Engine: 383 HSR w/DSC1
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Strange S60/3.73
street & performance tbi to tpi harness?
has anybody used this? does it really just plug in? I see it has a box with it so will I have to find a spot to put this up in the dash with my new computer? also if I use this do I get to keep the tbi knock sensor? or do I have to change it to the one on the computer? lots of questions give me the run down on this please.
