Speed shops in NYC area that Dyno-tune/prom burn?

Does anyone know of a shop that does these services? I wanna install a HSR and have the engine professionally dyno-tuned w/a WB O2 sensor.
My main concern is that I,d like the place to be within an hour's drive. I'm in Brooklyn. I know there are speed shops in Long Island and possibly Queens. Staten Island will work for me.
If someone recommend a shop w/a Dynojet and a prom burning equipment I would greatly appreciate it.

I've heard of the place. A friend of mine had his LS1 TA dyno tuned, but he told me Vette Doctors only do LT1 & LS1. I've never bothered to call....hmmmm?
Do they burn eproms?
