Lean on left bank, rough idle

Lean on left bank, rough idle
Hi All,
Got a weird problem on an '88 5.7. Start running rough like on 6-7 cyl and idle is really rough. All plugs on drivers side are white fluffy deposits. Plugs on pass. side normal to rich. No code. Compression 160 accross the board. Bone stock. Noid light indicates all injectors are getting pulses. Injectors were flowed about 2 years ago, driven very littel since. Pulling injectors connectors on 2+4 seem to make very little difference, but it's hard to tell.I have an exhaust leak at the manifold flange on the drivers side below the O2.
Does each bank fire off of a separate driver in the ECM?
Vacuum leak at manifold?
Ideas?
Thanks, Jim

I don't know of any certain thing that would fix this, but I would try fixing the exhaust leak, and if it still does it, try switching the injector wires from left side to right and see if the lean condition moves with them.
