Holley APFR owners inside

On the weekend I tried installing a Holley APFR for my 91 GTA w/305 TPI. I had to file down the APFR a bit on one corner because a bracket on the fuel rail is getting in the way. The problem that I am having is that I can get all the screws in nice and tight except for the one closest to the fuel rail bracket and the one at the very bottom to the right of the fuel rail bracket. Those two screws go in almost all the way but there is still some room for the washers to spin. I am very concerned that I am going to have some fuel leaks. I may have a couple of stripped threads (I've tried using screws from the other holes and screwing the bottom ones in first but it doesn't help). Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything that I can do? I really want to get my car put back together this weekend. Thanks for the help.

Me and my friend both had this problem, when i did mine i thought i had stripped the threads on all the holes, so i just got a tap that would fit the holes, and matching bolts to the tap, and i used some red locktite on the threads, no problem. However when we did my friends we noticed the holes on the reg didnt line up with the factory holes. So we opened up the holes on the reg till we could thread the bolts without resistance.

Three of my bottom screws wouldn't screw down all the way so I bought some small washers and put them on to get it screwed in tight. I had it running for awhile and didn't notice any leaks. I'll be plating my car on Friday so I'm hoping that I won't have any problems. Thanks for the help 91TPI5.7.
