Shorted out my car
I KNOW I should of disconnected the battery but didn't
But now I can't get any power at all. Any suggestions maybe fuses?

I don't know what you were doing when you did the short out but a couple of good places to start looking is the fusible links at the starter solenoiid and the 20 AMP fuse up near the battery.

Then as trickster said post what you were touching when you grounded it. Depending on what it was, could be either fuses (easy fix) or one or more fusible links (hard fix and what you deserve).
It's a goof-up you only make once, but unfortunately rarely die from so Darwinism doesn't get applied.
