More ramblings,
LT-4 hotcam, LT-1 intake, Trick Flows or
LT-4 hotcam, LT-1 intake, and AFR 195s
HSR, Hotcam, Trickflow
HSR, Hotcam, AFR 195s
SD intake, Vortec Heads, hotcam
Given one of the 5 choices above, which would you chose and why? Right now I am leaning towards the LT-1 Intake and still waiting on a response from both of the head manufactures. My guess is AFR will make more power but cost a bit more. Any thoughts?

Depends on your goals and budget for the car. If I HAD to choose one of the 5, I'd take #4. The LT1 is cheaper and will allow you to rev to 7k rpm. The HSR is a little more expensive and allows you to rev to 6500 rpm. I wouldn't go w/ the Vortec LTR setup, just my opinion, I know a lot of guys here like that setup, but I'm just not a fan of it.
Honestly, with an HSR on a 350, I'd get the AFR heads and a single pattern custom cam in the 230/230 duration, .575 lift area.
With the LT1 on a 350, I'd get the AFR heads and either call Joe Overton and tell him what you want, or get something similar to a TPIS ZZ-X (239/239) or in the 236/236+ range.
You'll be revving pretty high w/ either of these setups, so you'll want to make sure your bottom end and valvetrain are up to it.
Just my $.02
