Take a look at the flow numbers on the Dart Pro 1 heads. If the intake /exhaust ratio is 75% or above, go with a single pattern grind.
Also, the cams you listed have 110 lsa. You will want to get a cam with a 112 lsa or idle vacuum may be a problem.
I'm running a Comp XE solid roller custom grind 242/242 .608/.608 112 lsa installed at 109 degs. This cam coupled with the Brodix heads seems to make some serious power.
