TPS adjustment

when i am adjusting my TPS what two wires do i use to get the voltage reading on my meter

The top two. Negative on top and then positive underneath it (which is the middle wire on tps).

It's the blue and black wires you need to probe.

TTT i got what wires i need to test but what exactly do i need to do to adjust this? also, what should it be reading?
