SLP Runners Flow #'s?

Never bothered to search did you.....A post was recently brought back and it has ALL the info from the various aftermarket options. AS&M, TPIS, SLP, Edelbrock...its all there in stock form, and some in ported form.

They flow poorly.
I dont know if the exact numbers are up anywhere but certain facts are undisputed.
1. The casting consistancy is very poor.
2. Often the runner openings are no bigger than stock runner openings.
3. Inside the runners narrow down to a diameter that is also no larger than stock
4. They need porting to bring them up to an acceptable standard, thats a minumum standard I am talking about, nothing special.
I hope this helps, your friend will need to invest some time if he plans to run a set, however cars are a labor of love so its all good.
I ran a set for awhile on a stock 350 with all free mods and a AFPR. I got no seat of the pants feel from the SLP product. However they did have potential to be opened up and pigged out. I unloaded them because i cam across a Superram plenum runner set at a very fair price at the time I was building up my 383 motor.
