HSR purchase
www.stealthram.com is coordinating with www.vincihighperformance.com to put a group purchase together for the HSR. there is a 10 person buy in at this point. this is only to gauge interest. will find out the price break within the next day or two. It will be for the following two parts:
7540 - intake cast
534-186 - fuel rails w/adjustable pressure regulator
only post in here if you want in on this. you will have to pay shipping. current pricing over at thunder racing puts it at $499. they'll see how far under they can get for us. please go to www.stealthram.com and post there if you would like in on this if the price is right.

the fastburn heads have the standard bolt pattern drilled into them. but, the intake ports are still raised. and that's where the problem lies. the intake ports on the heads and intake will not line up. from reading here, doug flynn is getting a feel to see if it would be beneficial to make a vortec style base HSR.
now onto the GP. Holley doesn't leave much room for any mark up. so the buy in is $489 for both pieces. the good thing is if we get 10 people, shipping is free. they have the manifolds in stock. but they are out of the fuel rails. if we get the 10 in, they might get the rails made just for us ahead of schedule.
please sign up at www.stealthram.com if you are interested.

I don't see Vincihighperformance listed as a sponsor of this board.
Basically what you're doing here is using a service funded by the sponsors to advertise for non-sponsors.
Pretty sweet deal if you're Vinci, not so nice if you're asking the current sponsors to cut that next check to keep TGO up and available...

Whats the point? Call summit & tell them someone else has a better price, and they will match it.

That, and when I ordered my HSR from thunder racing, it came out to be about $490 due to the fact they give a $20 discount for internet orders (that's how it was marked on my invoice anyhow)
