If all you did was stroke it up then power output would increase soley with displacement assuming you maintain the same compression... I wouldn't do much more, but in this order if I was to mod the 350HO
Pull off Vortec heads and pocket port, port match intake, and port match exhaust
A more aggressive cam. The cam that comes in the 350 HO is pretty similar to the L98 cam... which isnt bad, but a more aggressive replacement from compcams would definitely open up the powerband.
Other than that I would do anything because it's a crate engine and I am assuming you bought it! You want to spend more money? When you do the stroke up, squeak out another 1 - 1.5 points of compression with better pistons, or even go with forged internals and shoot the sucker up with a generous amount of nitrous. I hope you have plans for the tranny and rear end... lol.
Nice looking Camaro btw!

Tranny and rear end will be done before stroking...plans are for new pistons and bored at .30. What would be the best mod if any to the TPI. It has the SD base and stock runners.

Best mod for your TPI which is stock upper plenum, stock runners, SDPC base.
Almost free: Port your SDPC base out and match it to the runners and intake for the heads. Port your upper plenum out and match it to the runners and TB.
Not free: Buy some SLP runners and do all of the above in the "almost free" suggestion. The SLP runners will allow to really open up the powerband for a long tube runner setup. You can port them so far in (carefully) that they will act almost like an LS1s mid-length runner intake.
Those are the best things to do to a TPI.
