Heated O2 sensor or stock?? which is better for me

i've heard of people installing heated o2 sensors. which one should i install and whats the advantage of the heatd O2 sensor--

You should be able to go into closed loop quicker and stay in it longer at idle, with a HO2S. That said, normally only time to upgrade is when installing headers (due to the primaries cooling off and not retaining the heat that an exhaust log manifold will), otherwise a regular O2 sensor should be okay.

what types of problems could this overcooling by the headers cause......any error codes or such..?

It could keep you from entering closed loop or staying in closed loop if it gets there.
