Hot start problem after rebuild.
I got my 4 bolt 305 in the car and running. It runs like a champ and starts right up. After running the car for 30 mins the temp guage read on the line after 100*. Well if I shut the car off it will not start untill the car cools off or I get a jump start. I put DFI heat shield on the start and it didnt help. Any thoughts?

i had the same problem when I finally got the L98 in the car. Cold it would fire right up, but if it was hot it wouldn't start without a jump. I put on a new starter and it fixed the problem.

Just for a little extra info, it has a new starter, alternator and battery. Also the MSD is out of the car on its way to Texas to be repaired.
