Tpis Miniram

I plan on rebuilding my 89 GTA´s 350 engine and at the same time make some upgrades to it.
I want a daily sport driver in a 2-3000 dollar budget. And also keep emissions legal.
I want to put a TPI miniram on it for that extra power, and also thinking of vortec heads with ZZ9 TPIS camshaft.
Does anyone know if the miniram fits the vortecs?
If not what would be another good head/cam choice formy combo?
Does the miniram have all the plugins for EGR and all that? If not, can it be deleted (EGR) and still pass emissions?
Sorry guys, too many questions, right? I better shut up now... And let you guys brain me up. This is the first time I build up an engine and want to make sure I get right.

The MiniRam is not emissions legal and does not support an EGR. Whether or not you are able to pass your state/province emission test depends on their requirements. With the right cam, head combo (and cats) , you can make a MiniRam blow clean enough to pass the readings for HC and CO. NOx is the tough one without an EGR., but if depends on your limits.

If your emission test has a "visual" inspection and/or require EO/CARB numbers for modified parts, you will fail as the MiniRam is NOT emission compliant and has no EO or CARB numbers.

As for making the MiniRam work with Vortec heads, TPIS does have a version that will will work with the Vortec style heads. Actually, you need to tell TPIS what size of heads you plan to use. The MinRam comes in a variety of sizes depending on the port size.

Typically, guys will buy the MiniRam and get the "small port version", which is good up to around 195cc. If you want to install larger port heads, you will need to either get the bigger port version or try "building up and re-sizing" the ports of the smaller version.

oh well...

Man, that turned me down...
Well, then I guess I´ll have to try another option.
Before deciding to go for the miniram option I had four other choices in mind:
How about the vortec combo from sdpc along the LT4 hot cam, and all runners siamesed, and everything well ported?
Or an AFR190(195?)/LPE219
Maybe corvette aluminum heads/ZZ4 cam
and finally an Edelbrock performer centerbolt heads/edelbrock cam.
I´m more happy with the idea of the vortec heads with LT4 hot cam.
Now my question is: is the LT4 a good cam for this heads? I´ve heard it might be too agressive.
This combo would emissions legal, right? b/c the vortec intake from sdpc has a fitting for EGR.
If there are any other good combos you guys can think of, I would appreciate a lot, really.
I´m kindda sad now, b/c I thought I had found a good setup, and now I´m just like on the beggining.
Well, just a little feedback, please...
