i'm wondering if my edelbrock hi-flo intake baseplate will work on the 385 fast burn with the vortec heads??? if not i guess the best crate engine would be the ZZ4? thanks Eric

it will bolt to the heads because they have a dual intake bolt pattern drilled into it. but the intake ports will not line up. the heads have raised runners. meaning they raised the intake runners ports from stock location.
