Portmatching HSR to Protopline 200cc
I was wondering how long it took any of you guy to portmatch your intake to your heads. Also, what bit or stone did you use? I'll be using a dremel. Thanks for the help.

If your serious about this job get a die grinder. Dremel motors dont have enough TQ, the dremel will hang up alot. Also you dont want to do any of the finishing work at high rpms. All the cutters and sanding rolls that have any kind of lifespan will be in 1/4" inch shank.
The dremel is intended to be used by a home hobbiest not in the garage for automotive modification and repair.

They do sell electric die grinders. Try a local tool and die shop or Harbor Frieght if you have them near you. Not sure If you will be able to buy one at Home Depot or not.
Anyway, some people prefer electric over air and others prefer air over electric.
