Transmission: t-5
the intake will work, but it will avhe to be ported to let in enough air and everything. a 383 stroker is a 350 block w/ a 400 crank. its the same block though. its a stroker because the stroker is longer than the bore or somethin like that,i dont remember which is which"i wasnt payin attention that day at school",but yeah. the intake will work if its ported enoguh. as long as you get the air and dfuel in their you should be fine. im doing the same thing pretty soon.

Its a stroker because it has a longer than stock stroke. 3.75 for the 383/400 as opposed to 3.48 for the 350/305.
Your stock TPI will work just fine, ported or not. The TPI was the same for 305s and 350s, except for the injectors. I would urge you to port the plenum and base and buy large tube runners, worked very well for me. I went with a larger base, also. You will probably want to increase your injectors to at least 350 size injectors which is 22#.
What cam/heads/exhaust are you running?
