I have a 350 TPI, what do I need to install HSR....do I just need the intake, or the whole Kit?

You need the manifold, fuel rail and regulator kit, and some hose and fittings to make up a fuel line. You already have the TPI so you can use some fittings to adapt the stock hard lines to a stainless hose. That's what I am doing. I am sure you could use hard lines or a different type of hose to save money but I don't know off hand what you would need. Do a search hear and you will find plenty of guys that have done the swap recently. Many of them included the PNs for the fittings required. That's about it...

Oh yeah, some gaskets too...
