how do i remove injector clips?

how do i remove injector clips?
i did a search and cant find anything about removing them....maybe Im not searching for the right word/words.............can some of you guys tell me how do I remove them?

If you look at the connector, there is a little metal clip wrapping around the plastic connector. Push in on the metal clip, and it pulls right up with very little effort.

I know that....sorry I mean how I do remove the clips hold the injectors to the fuel rail?

There is a metal tab sticking out that you can use a small flathead screwdriver on (too hard for mny fingernails). It's a C-clip so it must be rotated to create the opening for the injector to pull out.
