Bad News Guys.....

Well my 88 T/A TPI project has hit the fan.....i bought L98 Aluminum corvette heads for my build and low and behold they dont work! The manifold is drilled for bolts that enter at a 90 degree angle...the heads have holes drilled at a 45 degree angle....its the square peg in a round hole problem....yes i know i can drill out the manifold....yes i know i can just buy a new manifold....but i am so fed up with fuel injection right now im ready to sell the car as is!.....so I just whnted to say thank you to all the guys who've given me advice over the last few weeks.....and hey I still have a third gen right? just not a TPI.....later guys

I can't beleive you would throw in the towel over something so minor like that. It would only take 5 minutes with a grinder. Most aftermarket intakes even come drilled to accept both style heads. Its not that big of a deal.

Sorry, but no tech content here. Shame you'd throw in the towel over something so trivial, but whatever, it's not my car, and hell, i don't like fuel infection much either....
