hello.....
hey everyone. just wanted to introduce myself to those who dont know me. i never really visited this board before, but having just purchased a 1990 iroc L98 and being a carb guy, i figured im going to have a lot of questions in the future about TPI. i know the basics of it, but i new to MAP systems and PROM's in general. i was wondering if anyone knew of any reading i can get my hands on about TPI and its components. thanks everyone......

There's a couple of really helpful books on Camaro upgrades and GM TPI that you should be able to find at your local Davis Kidd or Barnes and Noble booksellers (in the automotive section). I've got them, and they're really good. I'd be more specific about the titles, but they're in my shop at home. You might also check out the Summit Racing catalog (available in the magazine section of your local Wal-mart). It has a wide variety of books on GM TPI and the like. I hope this helps!

Couple of useful books:
How to Tune and Modify Chevrolet Fuel Injection by Ben Watson
TPI Fuel Injection Swapper's Guide by John Baechtel
Both have lots of info, basics, tuning procedures, trouble shooting, flow charts, etc.
You should be able to find them at most any book store, I got them at my local Barnes and Noble.
