Wells p/n 09C01. I doubt there is any difference between one for a 305 and 350. Try www.napaonline.com. It should be able to help out a little more with the part numbers. Oh, my old one is stamped with 80406-A2946, but i don't know that that means anything.

AC Delco: 25527077?
Borg Warner: 21738
Standard: AC1

I also see numbers of 17111288 and 17111460 listed with AC Delco but don't know if they are other part numbers or not.
