lt1 help

How hard is it, if possible, to hook up an lt1 intake and heads to an older style sb 350. would i be better off just looking for the entire engine and rebuild it. im looking to make a 383 or 396 with forced induction. thanks

Go to www.lt1intake.com but as that John Millicam's site has been down for awhile I would use the search button. Basically you have to drive a hole in the back of the intake for a distributor, then use a newer smaller distributer, if your car doesn't have one already. Also you have to use a remote thermastat after tapping holes for the coolant. Its very do-able but I'd do some research before you buy one.
