85-90 TPI 5.0 V8 use a hot wire annemometer?
I was wondering if the 1985-90 TPI 5.0 V8 available on the Trans Am/Formula use a hot wire annemometer?

Ahh. I must have been out that day in MAF class when they explained that.
What replacement MAFs other than the wells use the film style? Everything I've seen with the exception of the Wells uses the cheezy, unreliable hot wire.

I had the question posed to me, and I had not a clue what it was. I am familiar with the MAFs and Speed Density Sensors. But thanks to you, I know know the hot wire annemeter is a MAF. Thanks again for the help..
