Fuel pressure regulator shimming??
What's this I hear about shimming the fuel pressure regulator with a quarter to get the pressure up by 4 or 5 pounds? Huh?

You're better off buying an adjustable one. Every steup is different. It would suck to spend all that time removing everything (and wasting gaskets) and putting it all back together after finding out you should have used a nickel instead of a dime LOL.
Do you ever come down to Sac? I have tomorrow off. I can help you with your airbox if you want. In fact I might have a modified stock one already sitting in my garage somewhere (not sure though). Either way there are easy to modify.
