cutting down divider on super ram runners
Has anyone tried this? With my big motor and the over abundance of torque, I was thinking of culling down the divider in the super ram runners by about 3". In my Engine anaylizer program, this makes a big difference and shifts the HP peak up to 5500 RPM. I can't see any drawback in a larger than stock motor. Anyone?

I've read about a guy here who tried it, but didnt gained anything he ended up with welding it up again. Do a search, the info is here somewhere...........

Shortening the runner is supposed to raise rpm range, but the runners are already pretty short compared to stock. Not sure what to think of it, I'd try to contact whoever did it before..
