stealth ram/lt1: which is more economical?

I am satisfied with what I've heard so far, but I think I've decided to avoid the stealth ram. The cost, $2500, isnt that bad for what you get. But to make the real ## 500-600 horse I would need nitrous or boost, preferably boost, and thats another $3-4K. I think Ill buy the Commander 950 and the Throttle body injection setup, its only $1300~ then throw a roots blower on it for $1800~ and have myself a decent fuel injected / blown setup that Ill be happy with on my $2.15 car.
Now the question is, which one do I buy first? the blower.. or the fuel injection.... I think it would be wise to get thw fuel injection first and learn to tune it before i add a blower.

Wanna see a freak car? I ran my car for 6 weeks in limp home mode since I had a software issue with my PP2 programmer, version I had dind't like WinXP Pro.
I had a sorta large cam, 52mm TB, TPI heads, stock 87 TPI setup with the harness converted to Speed Density by John Millican(John actually helped me out during the entire TPI swap, getting it wired up and everything).
I got my little LG4 5 speed to run a 14.1@99mph in limp home mode on a stock TPI.
Videos are here,

Stealth Ram looks pretty interesting, my friend is probably going to get one in a month or two for his Dart headed 355 86 Camaro.
Hopefully he gets the HP increase he wants (car only dynoed 225hp last sunday which seems incredibly low).
