Did all TPI motors come with Serpentine system?

im going from illegal carb set up to TPI... old motor im using is an 86 305 LG4(so im told). right now it has the multiple belt system. Is it Possible to convert this motor to TPI? or do i just need an actual TPI engine?

anyone have a parts list?? i did a search but came up with nothing.

anyone with info would rock.

My '87 has seperate belts. Flat ribbed for alternator, V belts for power steering and smog pump.

85-87 TPIs were set up with seperate belts. Everything after that was serpentine.

You can put a TPI on an old or new-style Gen I small block.
