Bolt-on with no Bolts

I just finished putting the base manifold on my car this weekend. Because I assembled this TPI system from parts across the continent, I have none of the hardware to bolt the stuff on. What I am looking for is the following:

1. Bolt sizes (thread pitch, diameter, approximate length) of runner to base manifold bolts, the four fuel rail bolts, plenum to runner bolts, throttle body bolts, the oil passege pipe plug located directly in back of the manifold.

2. The thread pitch, diameter to cap off the cold start injector port in the fuel rail.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't know the sizes but if you go to your local chevy dealership and tel them which bolts you need they should have them!

What about the cold-start injector?

For future reference, the Cold start injector fuel rail block off is sold by Street and Peformance for $15. Apparently it is a fairly unique thread.
