Now be nice, hes new j/k
Im looking into it to. there is a lot of info around the boards, in diff. spots Heres some of it all in one spot.
Clearance is close but not a problem, it was installed on a '92 camaro with 350.
You have a '91 Z, and as far as I know they were all TPI so all you will need is the Upper and Lower, and fuel rail kit. All that together comes to about $450.00
Part Number for the upper and lower together is HLY-7540 from summit, and also from summit the fuel rail kit part number is HLY-534-185, both are back ordered to ship some time in early-mid may
Hope that helps!

Hood clearence shouldn't be a problem. You are also going to need to adapt to the fuel lines. You will need new intake gaskets, coolent, tread sealer, rtv, thermostat, oil change stuff, trox bits, a good torque wrench, a good set of socket wrenches, and maybe a new upper radiator hose. Other than the intake set up, depending on what you have lying around the garage anywhere from $50 to $250.

Its been covered already, but the stealth ram fits without any mods in camaros. On the birds, it fits with some "adjustment" of the braces on the underside of the hood (get out your hammer). I've already recieved and installed my intake but I'm still waiting for the fuel rails.

You can just buy the manifolds and fuel rail kit, check some of the other stealth ram topics they're listed, I dont' remember 'em off hand, just order 'em from summit.

The whole Commander 950 kit crap is like $2200 or something, that's not what you want...

Ok, if I would use Stealth Ram with 85 TPI on 400 sbc, would it work (with bigger injectors and a chip)? Could it feed the 400? I am sure I would have to change to speed density, and buy another ECM, but which ECM?
Or should I just use a Holley 750?
