Hey Kevs87, I am sure there is someone older on here... hehe
Nathan here, 24 years old, born and raised in Welland Ontario. Attend Niagara College for a Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma.
Bought my 1988 Trans AM GTA last year shortly after my Dad passed away in June I guess you can call it a therapy car, kept me really busy during the hard first few months. Only thing I wish, is that he could go for a ride in the GTA... Well, he is ther reason why I am a die hard General Motors fan, since he worked there since he was 23 (1967).
Thats me in a nutshell!!
I will have my new and improved website up with more details shortly... right now there's a link to it in my sig.

Hey Nathan, sorry about your Dad
He must of been a great guy. Being a GM worker, he would probably say you picked one hell of a great ride.

Ma names Kurtis, just turned 19.... On my 3rd 3rd gen... First was an 82 Z28, someone stole it and burnt it... Second was a 1985 Sport Coupe, some biznatch cut me off and I hit her at like 80km an hour and wrote it off (she was at fault)... Presently own a 1985 IROC Z, sweet *** car! But my buddy just bought a 1995 TA Convertible I am falling in luv with... Undecided on keeping the ROC or buying a Convertible? I luv the ROC so much but the feeling of being in a convertible, *** I luv it! Just finished skool and just started a full time job in Burlington...

Youth nowadays...
I'll agree to call myself 40+ which makes me the grandpa of the Ontario Region I am sure.
My '91 Formula is my 3rd f-body, before that I had an '88 Formula and before that I had an '85 IROC. In between I had alot of Mazdas, Toyotas, Acuras and such. My '91 is my mid-life crisis car except I screwed up and got blue instead of red.

My name is Steve, I'm 36 andwork in the Television industry. 2 Years ago I finally had the funds available to purchase the dream car of my youth. Unfortunately no one told me what a gaping wide open money pit old muscle cars can be! I'm having alot of fun and frustration at the same time. Hopefully I will get all the problems ironed out this year.

Nah, I've yet to see it in the slush 'n' snow....I imagine it's a spring chicken type car....I just remember seeing it first day of school, and I even have a few pics of it parked (quite illegally, too ) up on the grass in the fall when parking was tight...right in front of my good ol' Corsica. I saw it, thought, "Sweet ride!" and snapped a few piccies...:lala:

Ah yes I remember Mt Forest well. That's where the closest OPP detachment was so whenever things were getting out of hand in town the OPP would be dispatched down to Arthur to break things up. Of course by that time everyone would be long gone. I remember going up there a few times to the movie theatre. Nasty winters in that part of Ontario...
Cheers,
Robin

Thanks. I bought it in '98 with 12K miles on it all stock and sold it last summer with 42k on it to a guy on the board here who will take really good care of it. When he goes to sell I think I'll snap it back up again and bring it home for good as my student loans should be paid off by then.
