Anybody up for a little healthy competition
I am thinking of organizing a thirdgen only mini tournament for the guys on the Ontario board for the 10th of August.
My plan so far
$5 entry fee
1 practice run each
3 time trial runs (add the 3 and divide by 3 to get the average)
the average is your dial in
Whoever runs the closest to their average wins all the entry money.
What do you guys think?
Since I can not enter I will judge and I could use a volunteer to help
How many people are interested?

Thats why I am the judge. We will make regular runs when the test and tune is happening and people wil bring the slips to me to record the times. It will be a unofficial evenat that will run during the test and tune. Kind of like a unorganized bracket race. The 10th is a tfbm day and i figured a lot of the guys on the boad would be into something like this. It is just a little tournament between us here on this board.

Great idea Paul...but unfortunately you'll have to count me out. Due to some recent expenses I think my racing season is done for this year. But depending where it is...I may come out to watch.

Where would this be held? Someplace inbetween us all would be nice. Shannonville has a drag and cruisenights I believe. I don't know, I just think Grand Bend may be too far for Ottawa boys to come just for some quick drags down the quarter. Maybe I'm alone in this thought?

August 10th St Thomas Drag strip same day as the tfbm event. I will post a thread later and get official numbers of people interested. The date is set and can not change but next time I will put up a date with plenty of notice.
