Alright guys, I have heard through the grape vine that a bunch of car people meet up at Krispy Kreams in Mississauga on the weekends (friday/sat/sunday nights) to chat/ check out each others cars. If any of you are intereseted in meeting up to show all those "ricers" what a decent car is let me know and I would be happy to show up/co-ordintate things for the third gens, It would be nice to have more than one third gen there to show them what a real car is!!

Let me know what works for you guys, I havent actually shown up to any of these things there, I have just heard thru the grapevine, but if a couple of you guys want to show up sunday night I am in as long as we get a couple 3rd gens out for a coffee etc.

To get there just take 401 to mavis and go south on Mavis. Its not far south of the 401 maybe a 2-3 min drive. Its the 1st lights south of Britania Road. Same parking lot that the Future shop and Canadian tire/Office place are in. I hear a lot of different types of cars show up there so it should be interesting, see you guys there!

When I get headers, then I may be able to shatter windows lol... Actually when my exhaust busted before the cat, the sound it made was incredible... I never realize just how loud a 305 can get if the cat and muffler weren't messing with the sound...

easy, If you want, I can come by and take a quick look for you... hopefully you see this before you waste on a tow... I'll bring the dry and go, check the ignition wires and show you some stuff... You can tell I'm not a fan of mechanics too much unless I can really really trust them...

Also, iroc2nv, I dont think there are any speedbumps but, I could be wrong. I ususally dont pay much attention to those sorts of things since my car is fairly stock.

Count me in... paint job isn't spectacular though... but the engine is mint condition along with the rest of the engine (although it may not look like it...)

I'm gonna swing by the sunoco station on the way there and fill up.. heard its 63 in price so worth checking for me... if ya need fuel too, its a few blocks east on britannia from mavis...

Actually I would have repled first if it wasn't for the box of donuts that I polished off in about 5 minutes. Damn those donuts are goooooooood! It was great to meet most of you guys finally and your rides. Sorry to hear about your car easySPEEDcamaro. I left a reply in your post about a possible fix to your problem. Trigger, your engine was just amazing. Just the right touch of polish and colouring. IROC 2NV....your car is definitly unique and thanks to you and your buddy for the stereo tip. I'll let you know what the rms is for my amps. Hope to see you guys again on August the 10 at St. Thomas.

it was truley an honour to meet you guys..although i got friggen lost going there..and on the way back i got to kill an 99/00/01 lude(prelude) i was cruising with tom (mustang) when i hear this loud fat can exaust then it blows by me (had to be doing 160 at least) so i see the stang jump after him and im a little intrigue...i hit it in 5th(1500rpm) and off i go chasing him..the stang cut out i think at 200 cuz i blew by him and the lude was a little far ahead..when i was door to door with the lude it looked like he dumped it into 4th cuz the vtec was heard quite loud!! i then saw him start to pull a bit so my girlfriend(she never has done this b4)..yells at me DONT LET THAT IMPORT PIECE OF **** BEAT YOU YOU HAVE REAL MUSCLE SHOW HIM WHAT THESE CARS HAVE!!.. I DUMP IT TO 4TH GO INTO THE POWER BAND (4500) AND BOOM RIGHT UP BESIDE HIM..touching the gas playing to see if he wants to go..and he goes,.so i go..i get bored after 5 secs or so and hammer it then at 6000 drop into 5th(needle burried by this point) and im gone!! i handed him his *** on the highway(not something that occurs often in my roc) anyways..a kill is a kill none the less and i was happy with how my 16 year old girl performed!! anyways..

about the 10th ill see not sure if the old girl will be out anymore this year but well see...

red, not a problem, tom used to install car audio so thats where i learned from, hes pretty knowledgeable and i wanna hear your system when you get it tweaked right (itll smoke mine)

slade, the hood is yours and should be avail aroundmid to end of sept depending on funds i have (shouldnt be a problem) for sure end of sept..$200 sound ok? if not we'll work something out!!

look forward to seeing more of the ontario guys out and about either this year or next, keep them looking good guys
