i was on the way to the girls house and i noticed some 17 yearold kids driving a new audi s4 that his daddy got him for him first car(lots of that going on near me parents buy there kids brand new bmws,lexas,benz,porshas sorry about the spelling)
anyway my friend was telling me that they are pretty fast
so i said let me **** around with these kids
so i get side by side with him and he speeds up right away and i fallowed in suite
we turn down the next street and we are reving at each other but we are behind other cars so i put my 700r4 in first and start to go and he guns it and i catch right up with him no prob and let first gear bog down then i stomped on it again and i think they got scared and just drifted behind me
what a pair of ****
doesnt say much for the car either

if it's a real s4 it's twinturbo, allwheel drive and 6speed manual so chance r it should when cuz i think those ran low 14 or high 13. they r fast so don't sleep on it cuz it can embarass u really quick.

If that kid new what he was doing he would have beat you. Those cars can run with the LT1s stock for stock.

hold on guys...thats not always true. All though it sounds like an easy car to drive fast (6-speed, AWD, TT) there is a yellow one that goes to atco and has a best time of 14.8. They can be quick, yes. But the story is beleivable.

My brother and I got caught by suprise with an S4. We were in our mom's 95 Avalon @ the time, which has decent pickup. We raced it from 55-95, got smoked, and got stuck behind it at a light. Those things do haul *** from a dead stop!

You raced it in a Avalon? Why the hell would any of us care about that? Yes they can be decently fast but it has also been my experience that most highschool age kids are afraid to run cars like that absolutely wide open. Either that or they drive the crap out of them all the time. I believe that you could have beaten him but it is also entirely possible that he pussed out and only pushed down about 3/4 throttle. Another thing is that most kids wont rev a car as high as it should go. A car like that you want to shift right at the redline or maybe a little after even. Then you dont dare lift on the throttle in a turbo car. You just leave it mashed jab at the clutch and slam the shifter. Gaurentee that he didnt do that. Hell i cant hardly even do that one.

Yea I did. That was the car I was in at the time, so what? I've never ran into an S4 while driving my car. Figured an S4 experience in any car was worth sharing.

You would have been smoked by an S4 too. AWD and TT = you loose. They run 13's stock. I raced one once in the '85. His first gear was done so fast that he had a buslength on my before I even hit 2nd.

I agree, it seems that recently this guy has been beating cars that are much faster than his. I want to live where he does, because it seems that NOONE there can drive for sh**. Next he is going to run a Viper and win!!!

i did not talk to the guy after racing the rx7 and i did not race the audi at all
all i said in this post is that we played around and the kid driving the S4 pu$$ied out of the race
