305 auto vs 944
To start off I am not into street racing and will never be, but wich car is faster in a straight line. A stock 91 z28 305 auto, or a Porsche 944 NA I'm tired of a buddies "trash talk". Haha.
I'm sure the 944 is faster but its still a 4cyl.

Not sure on the year, but it has a bullet exhauat, some suspension work, and a chip.

The 1990 only got the 3.0L I4 about 200hp and 200 tq at 3000 lbs. I think he would take you by about 1-2 seconds on the 1/4 and about .5 on 0-60 in a perfect race. Give him a run maybe he cannot drive stick.

My Bro has a '84 944 and it wouldn't even stand a chance in a straight line. Maybe on a track with lots of really tight turns or something if they were a pretty decent driver

my friend has one ...i raced him couple times with my 305 tpi convirtable ..i eat him everytime but there not bad cars fun to drive too
