2002 Audi TT Quattro

Well the rich kid in schools gonna get his 2002 Audi TT Quattro in a couple weeks or so and I'd like to know what they can do. Anybody seen, driven, or raced one?

Those cars are very slow for the price. According to car and driver they run High 15's in the 1/4 mile. So if you have a 350 you would probably humiliate(sp?) him in a race.

Well my friends father just installed a chip in his 2000 TT q. That mother pulls real strong. In stock form, it'll be tuff but it's up in the air and more dependant on the type of race and other factors.

Mines a 92 RS, L03 with headers, 14/3 aircleaner, no smog stuff, and the fuel pressure turned up a little bit. Think I gotta any kind of a chance?

I think it should be a close race. Do you have auto or stick? If you have a 5-speed and you're a good driver, you should have a chance.

What about a 2002 A4 Quattro, he got it today and that's what it turned out to be... I think they're a bit slower than the TT's. It's got a 1.8L Turbo engine.

I've driven a 2002 A4 and it was really nice, as for speed I was not impressed. It's been awhile since I've driven a TBI, but I still think you have a chance. Only one way to find out; Race and see, what happens.

Its over fellas. I raced him after school. Beat him 3 times in a row. *** my cars slow but atleast its faster than his 30grand one. The first race I spun and he beat me off the line but then about half way through I passed him. I ended up beating him by about a car length. Second race we left together and i beat him by 2 cars. Third we raced for about a 1/2 mile because he thought he could win at the top end, I won by about 7 or 8 car lengths. It was great, I wish I had a fast car but I'll settle for this until I get the money for a new engine. Also he was trying to rev and showoff for the people and it sounds almost as bad as a rice civic or anything of the sort. I see it as a waste of 30 grand.

Nice Kill, you got lucky, my good friend got an S4 instead of an a4...when we raced (just playing around) he handed me my *** on the street.

which means he went from a 1.8 to a twin turbo 2.8 with suspension goodies, over the a4

Good Kill, It always feels good to beat a car that it 10 times what you paid for yours.

I was trying to get some lady in a TT to race me the other morning. She's a rich b*tch to say the least. Anyway I tried to get her to go on this twisty back road and she wouldn't. Then we both turned onto a pretty straight road so I put it sideways in First and barked them into second. She acted as if she wasn't even paying attention. Wouldn't get on it all. She did look a little pissed though when she got out of her car right beside me at church...

Not that anyone really cares, just thought I'd share that story.
