I would think at least 14's, but it would be hard to say without giving the specifics of the engine, carburetor, and TC.

Its gotta be faster then that,My IROC runs high 14s and the NOVA would kill it easily,it has a holley 750 double pumper and edelbrock high rise intake and carb spacer,I am no expert but it at least should run 13's at least??

The curb weight of a '63 Chevy II is roughly around 2400 pounds. There was really nothing to them and with 330 horsepower, it will easily break into 13s.
