me vs. lincoln lsc MarkVII
My friend has a lincoln mark 7 lsc with a 5.0 in it. He has k&N intake and the rest is stock. He has also about 160k miles on it. Who would win me or him? all hypathetical cause the cops are antsy around here for racers lately due to an increase of broken hondas on guard rails from racing.

It would be a close one I think. He has a better engine but your car should weigh less. Just go race him out in the middle of nowhere.

I would have a time by now if I could ever get my car back from the shop!!

You and the LSC are about even, race him and find out who's faster. Here's a few tips. Tune up your car before the race. Plugs, wires, coil, etc. Drain the oil, switch to a synthetic oil. Empty your tank, fill up with Sunoco 94 and add an Octane booster. Bump up your timing on the motor. Get rid of the back seat, passenger seat, spare tire, etc. Coat the tire(s) with VHT and do a burnout just before the race.Get the idea! Good Luck!!!!
