There's really no way to tell, "aluminum intake" could mean alot of things, a TBI and TPI intakes are made from aluminum, dual plane? Single plane? What casting number are the 305 HO heads, what size cam do you have? All of these things are super important to know what you're going to run, with the info you've given the only range I could guess is between 16 and 13 seconds that helps you out none.

Exactly what intake?
Exactly what carburator?
Exactly what heads?
Exactly what cam?

Edit:

Posted at the same time lol

416s and a single plane are NOT a good match. Swap to an rpm performer from edelbrock and you'll see a good gain down low. With a near stock cam I'd guess you are putting down 200 hp at best. If you have a bigger cam you could be making more.
