04 YAMAHA R6 KILL!!!!!

i was just minding my own business and this guy on a 04 r6 wanted to run me

it had a few mods...

exhaust, power commander, and some other bolt ons

-anyways we ran from about a 10 mph roll he pulled about a 1/2 bike through first and about half way through my 2nd gear i started to pull back, top of 2nd i was half a car ahead and began to keep pulling all the way to about 1/2 through 3rd gear and he called it quits... i have no speedo..

after the race he asked mewhat i had in that thing i told him 305 with a exhaust and it sounded like he believed me....

my cars specs are in my virtual garage.

anyways i was very surprised that i drove around him....

a 388/HSR/GM847/Dart 215 combo is nothing to mess with

Good kill.

an 04 R6 should be able to hit a high 10 and trap in the mid to upper 120's with a good rider.

A GM847 cammed 388 motor with those heads should trap 120 with ease in a full weight car.

as much as id call BS. depending on the rider of the bike, if he had sprockets or stock gearing and such, and a few other things.. it IS possible. but for him to only pull 1/2 bike length thru 1st.. then be behind by 1/2 bike in 3rd ... im sorry, he sucks, tell him to hit the track. good kill!

We're not jealous, we're just smarter.

Vehicle R/T 60 Foot 330 Foot 1/8 Mile 1/8 MPH 1000 FT 1/4 Mile 1/4 MPH

2004 Yamaha YZF-R6 0.570 1.841 4.734 7.081 105.140 9.125 10.868 128.320

I'm not disbelieving he beat him in that race, I'm thinking the guy on the bike backed off. But I dont think the engine combo he has in a heavy thirdgen is going 10.anything any time soon.. so i'm saying if it was a track race, he'd lose.. That car sounds like it might go mid 12s.

All I know is that even crap 600cc bikes are enough to kill most street cars, and if your keeping up with one or even beating it, it must be a scary car. I ran a gixxer and got wasted, i mean college 4am drunk on the lawn type wasted.
