mazda mx3 vs. 92 z28

ok..so obviously neither car is stock....and i just swapped my 700r4 for an m6 tranny. and i have the vortech s trim.....the mx3 is a five speed with a six cylinder turbo....theoretically thinking both cars are tricked out rather nicely....who'd win?

hmmmm sounds interesting.... I say you win down low from a dig or like from a 20mph roll, but a turbo 6 in a small car is nothing to sneeze at

Sounds like a bench race that will never happen to me. Is there actually a turbo V6 in the MX3? If this motor doesn't exist now, don't even bother asking because it never will.

surprisingly..yes there is..it's a very good buddy of mine's car...he seems to think he can beat me....but i'm not so sure....the weight would play a big part in it seeing as the mx3 is so small...that's why i posted this question...as for pounds...i don't really know what he's running....if i had to guess i'd say somewhere in the 12-15 range..and that may be pushing it

What motor is it? Is it a custom kit on just some V6, or is it the turbo Probe motor? Wait, can't be the Probe motor, that was a 4-cylinder.

More info please. If he's running 12-15 psi on a V6 that did NOT come from factory, you've got your hands full. Most likely, if you had six hands, they'd still be full.

lol

Even if you have really big hands. Which remember, if they're bigger than your face, than you're going to get cancer! (or however that old joke goes)

But about the race, if you've got a T-56 and blown L98, I'd still put my money on you if you can hook.

I didn't notice the Vortech part at first, which changes things. But still, a turbo V6 in one of the smallest cars I can even think of....

i guess stock the mx3 is running like 5-6 lbs....by the end of summer he's hoping to push 14....i'm not sure what my vortech's running...haven't gauged it yet....but it's the vortech s-trim supercharger....and my car grips just fine..so i think i got him without much of a prob
