Kid on the block has a new 2005 civic, four cyl. He thinks it's pretty tough and really fast. Everyones been telling him it's slow, Josh challenged him in his '74 vw bug but He turned him down. I'd like to beat him with something dumb, like a mini van. Think my mom's V6 2000 Chevy Venture could shut down the 05 4 cyl. civic? Maybe take the seats out? lol. Yeah, it's weak sauce, but we all can't afford high performance cars right now... Being beat by the venture would be pretty devastaing, and hilarious to be beat by. As we know the Celica could beat it, the 74 Buick regal with the 350 5.7 L engine could do it without spilling your coffee.

Anyway, Chevy Venture(maybe with seats out?) vs Honda civic, any bets?

The civic is new, runs fine, chevy venture has never given any problems and always taken care of, oil changed on time.

that would be hilarious to see the van beat the civic you should get your mom to drive also, that would be just too funny to see

I would think it would be pretty close if you put the van on a diet.
